Refund and Returns Policy for Winn Glas NI

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized products, as well as products marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@winnglasni.com or call (910) 285-8462. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. In cases where the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or a similar item of equal value, subject to availability.

5. Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the item if the cancellation is no longer possible.
